Experienced Administrative Assistant Needed - Berkeley Heights, NJ

Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced administrative assistant for an IT/data analytic company in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This is a temporary-to-hire, full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The salary for this position is negotiable, starting at $20/hour.

- Provide administrative support to HR, IT, and administrative departments
- Manage reception desk including: answering calls, making travel accommodations, arranging meetings, preparing reports, making bank deposits, filing, and scanning
- Act as a liaison between employees and both internal and external departments
- Coordinate meetings and communication with both internal office staff and staff in other offices
- Handle daily expense reporting
- Provide coverage and back-up support to team members
- Support the HR team with daily reports on relocation, time and expenses, attendance, etc.

- Bachelor-s degree from an accredited university
- 3-5 years of working experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to effectively communicate both in-office staff and external parties
