Mailroom Specialist - Woodland Hills, CA

Our client in Woodland Hills, California has a great opportunity for a Mailroom Assistant position. 

This is perfect for a candidate with a flexible schedule or a retired individual who is looking for a seasonal job. 

Position hours are 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay rate: $15.00-17.00/hr. 
Duration: 2 months (possible extension)

Duties include:

Performs mail processing tasks as assigned.
Coordinates assigned duties involving sorting, inserting, bagging and shipping mail in accordance with department standards and procedures.
Responsibilities may occasionally include driving personal vehicle to transport/deliver mail to/from different corporate office locations 
Perform general office services.

Job Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma
Requires strong attention to detail, basic Excel skills, basic Adobe PDF skills, general computer skills, basic analytical skills
Able to start immediately.
Professional, and punctual to work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
