Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish)

The primary responsibility for the Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish) is to create, monitor and complete shipments. This individual is also accountable to ensure that the most cost-effective carriers are used. As a member of customer service, the individual is also accountable to manage customer relationships in order to achieve specific key factor goals.


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Analytical, results oriented, and high energy
  • Ability to identify, resolve and eliminate discrepancies utilizing strong problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload to accomplish a variety of duties
  • Intermediate to advanced data entry skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016
  • Ability to work in multiple systems
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Positive role model for other team members providing support and enthusiasm

Monday through Friday – 2nd shift, 11am-8pm

These positions will last approximately 12 months with potential for hire with our client.
