Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Galesburg, Michigan.

 

Pay rate:  $18.00 per hour

Work Hours:  Mon – Fri. 8am – 5pm

Job Description:

 

  • 1-3 years Experience
  • Performs assigned tasks as a member of a Support team, with warranty business process to achieve business objectives by following process definition, reporting, and documentation
  • Supports Warranty Business Process Team by entering and processing warranty claims
  • Update data in warranty systems
  • Report on activity and analysis as required
  • Implements processes in support of warranty administration needs, utilizing data entry, and administration tools
  • Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort
  • Provides internal and external customers with the highest quality of services
  • Understands and applies appropriate quality improvement processes
  • AA degree in Business Administration with coursework in Business or Quality related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in computer skills including use of the Internet
