Human Resources Clerk I

Our client, one of the top international banks, is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work on a long-term contract.

The position is located in Falmouth, ME

The hours for this position are: 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday but can be flexible

 

Pay rate: $ 20.00 per hour

 

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Supports various HR Programs and processes
  • Provides optimal employee and partner service, including guidance and advice on programs and procedures, while adhering to customer service standards and Customer Experience Model
  • Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives
  • Prioritizes and manages own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
     

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the human resource industry
  • Proficient in computer programs and HR softwares
