Technical Support Administrator (Bothell WA)

Job Description

Kelly Services has teamed up with a medical devices company in Bothell WA and seeking a Technical Support Administrator.

Mon - Fri
either 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm


Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

Our team is looking for a teammate who will support the Service and Technical Support departments. The Technical Support Administrator will answer incoming customer calls and route them to the appreciate Technical Support Representative (TSR), create sales orders for the return of customer product, process purchase orders for parts requested by customers, authorize credit cards for parts and repairs, provide pricing and availability on basic parts, maintain inventory of loaner equipment and verify information in the company-s ERP system (Oracle) to ensure accurate reporting of failure data. The administrator will also help with providing return labels, order management, run reports, expedite orders, shipping and receiving of products. All of the listed positions will cross cover as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

- Answer and transfer incoming customer calls to appropriate technical support rep
- Creates sales order to return customer products
- Verifies service record information in Oracle for accuracy
- Provides pricing and availability on parts to customers
- Creates Service Requests for parts
- Process Purchase Orders
- Review and authorize Credit Card information for repairs and parts orders
- Perform Credit Rebills as needed
- Return batteries and accessories returned by customers in error
- Review change of ownerships requested by customers
- Issues License Keys to customers for system upgrades preformed
- Work with Territory Managers and Customer Care Representatives providing Field Service Reports (FSR)
- Monitors and manages the Shared email folder
- Assists with interdepartmental projects as needed
- Cover vacations and time off for other positions within the team

Knowledge and Experience:

- High School diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years- experience in customer service role.
- Experience with Oracle database system.
- Excellent customer service, speaking and writing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Access.
- Proficient with Oracle database system.

Skills and Abilities:

- Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work in a team or individual environment
- Must be highly motivated with exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize and mange tasks independently.
- Demonstrates the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment using multiple programs while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrates the ability to be self-motivated and the desire to succeed
