 8:00-4:30pm

10:30-7:00pm

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls 
  • Identify customer needs 
  • Answer inquires 
  • Perform account maintenance 
  • Research Complex Issues 
  • Strong verbal communications skills and active listening skills 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • High School Diploma 
  • Computer systems experience (Excell, CRM or ERP systems experience preferred)
  • Customer service skills (both internal and external)
  • Ability to manage their time in a calendar (outlook)
  • Ability to work on a large team and interface with multiple business functions
