Talent Sourcing/Contact Center Representative - Downtown, St. Louis

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support the Talent Sourcing Process in the following areas:
-Scheduling candidate interviews, candidate travel, and handling candidate expense reimbursement. This includes coordinating calendars and working with interviewers/hiring teams/department admins to secure appropriate time.
-Provide outstanding customer service to all candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters as needed.
-Work effectively and share workload with other HR Specialist in Talent Sourcing. Serve as backup for other HR Specialists.
-Plan and organize meetings as needed. Including food and refreshments.

Perform all other duties as assigned
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List job duties which may be important to the performance of the job, but are not principal job functions).
-Posting open jobs on the Taleo applicant tracking system.
-Creating job folders for all open positions.
-Posting open jobs on other sites as needed.
-Create offer letter templates and offer letters
-Coordination of background check and drug screen process
-Manage the Open position and hire metrics reports as needed
-Work on Taleo projects as needed.
-Setup vendors and pay invoices
-Order and maintain the necessary supplies for the Talent Sourcing team.
-Oversee the ADA phone line and assist where needed.
-Build Powerpoint presentations as needed for members of the Talent Soucing team.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred: Associates Degree Preferred.

Experience (Years/Type): 1+ years of experience providing administrative support to a team within a professional work environment.

Preferred: 1+ years experience using an automated Applicant Tracking System such as Taleo.

Skills: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook. Preferred very high skill level in Powerpoint.
