Project Coordinator Assistant

Kelly Services is hiring for Project Coordinator Assistant in Mount Laurel, NJ

Compensation: $20/hr.

Schedule – Mon – Fri 8am-5pm

1 Year Contract

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Project Reporting: Weekly Dashboard updates:

• Intake: manage intake mailbox, acknowledge requests that come in, review projects with Matt, schedule time with requestor if additional information is needed, determine best action plan for project with Matt, add DIY project to SharePoint site/transition project to assigned PM

 

• Attend Project Management Office (PMO) sessions and provide updates to the team

 

• Update team procedures, share content and post to SharePoint site

 

• Creation and delivery of project documents and artifacts (IAD Logs, RACI, Business Case updated, Financial

 

• Engagement on multiple initiatives providing support to the Project Manager or Project Delivery Leader

 

• Provide budget oversight and reconciliation

 

• Facilitation of meetings and meeting cadence around projects

 

 

MUST HAVE:

• Microsoft Office proficient

Clarity Exp

• Project Plan development and execution

• Artifact identification, gathering and tracking

• Communication and change management

• Time management, organization and prioritization

• Budget reconciliation

• SharePoint
