Customer Service Role in Pottsboro, Texas

Job Description

Customer service representative with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable, dependable, able to multi-task and willing to learn new things.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Direct customers to online resources
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Data entry of orders into accounting system
- Problem solving and product inquiries
- Filing of daily paperwork


Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor-s degree preferred
- 2 years- of experience using Microsoft Office and Data Entry
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Previous experience in an office or call center
