Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for one of our top clients in Santa Clara, CA.

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an EBC Customer Experience Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Santa Clara, CA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.   As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews. 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Customer interface with Client
  • Compile and provide BIR report data on weekly basis to Customer Experience Program Manager
  • Managing building services need with vendors, including AV coordination
  • Update digital signage per briefing project
  • Information hub for all customers in the EBC including communications management
  • Manages and process screening, partnering with onsite Security team, for all external briefing attendees
  • Manage complex projects timelines under tight deadlines partnering with CEC staff. Partnering with Briefing coordinator / CEC Staff on Discovery Findings, Weekly status meetings with CEC Staff for individual briefing review
  • Manage Client Store project and briefing supplies – including web interface, vendor relationship and project check list
  • Cross training for coordinator to provide coverage if needed
  • Ability to manage all briefing scheduling via VisitWorks, pre-briefing set-up including any AR’s from discovery meetings. Schedules and coordinates logistics for briefings and events
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve and streamline the CEC processes without negative impact to customers
  • Data analysis and preparing reports at close of each Briefing Project
  • Manages document repository for CEC briefing program
  • Work closely with the Briefing Coordinator to anticipate any needs or issues that may arise with each briefing project

 

 

 

 

ADDITIONAL JOB SKILLS:

 

  • Proved experience delivering a high level of internal and external customer service
  • 2+ years of experience in customer facing environment
  • Intermediate (or higher) proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Be able to think quickly on your feet
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience providing logistical project support
  • Experience working with high level executive visibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, professional and articulate
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential position and sign a non-disclosure agreement
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
