Job DescriptionCustomer Service Administrator opportunity available in South Reno!
The Customer Service Administrator will support the Director of Customer Service in daily operations and special projects.
Essential job functions:
*Support key customers that require special handling
*Assist with product information and pricing in SAP
*Handles escalations including blocked accounts, back orders, and credit inquiries
*Work with warehouse to ensure inventory meets the needs of pending orders
*Oversees custom labeling, including proofing and approving release of labels
*Prepare daily reports
*High School Diploma required, College degree a plus.
*Minimum three years' experience as a customer service representative, with at least one of those years being a lead/supervisor or administrator is required
*Able to multi-task and prioritize
*Detail oriented documentation and accurate data entry skills
*Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
