Implements and maintains the accounting systems and procedures and ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data.                                                                                                                                                                                                       Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for invoice processing for MRO & Inventory.
    • On time payment to vendor.
    • Maintain Credit Standards.
    • Provide payment status to suppliers and planners/buyers.
  • Coordinate the AP check run and ensure the proper recording of payment.
  • Prepare and analyze the payment impact on cash flow projection.
  • Prepare and validate the payable accounts reconciliation.
  • Prepare & analyze payable metrics and drive for action. Prepare, validate and record journal entries into the ledger.
  • Provide support with the expense detail explanations.
  • Prepares budget schedules and audit papers, as required.
  • Management and reporting of cash tasks.
  •  Management and reporting of fixed assets.
  •  Audit and control of physical inventory and fixed assets.
  • Reconciliation and analysis of Balance Sheet Accounts.
  •  Management of Hyperion reporting.
  •  Management of Statutory taxes.
  •  Analyze Compensation.
  •  Management of Internal and External audits.
  • Responsible for the payroll processing and related employee deductions and payments.
  • Prepare weekly and month end reports as required.
  •  Perform payroll monthly financial closing in an accurate and timely manner. 
  •  Address payroll taxes notifications jointly with ADP and ensure closure of them.
  •  Fulfill all requirements for the Savings and Retirement Plan and Trust (401K) audit and for any other Labor agency audits. 



Required Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or B.S. in business with an emphasis in accounting or related curriculum.  2-4 years general accounting or related experience or talent.
