Customer Service Representative

One of our clients, a top international bank, is currently seeking customer service representatives for long term contract positions with the possibility of an ongoing extension. These position are located in Naperville, IL

By working for our client, you will be exposed to a large global company (listed on the NYSE), work for one of the most financially stable financial institutions within the U.S., work in a fast paced corporate environment and be an integral part to the Financial Services Team.

Duties Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing high quality telephone and email customer service to customers in a fast paced environment
  • Resolving customer inquiries, and providing customers with account information
  • System assistance and technical support, resolving routine issues such as forgotten passwords and providing invoice payment status & payment information

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of one year related customer service experience, preferably call center 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems quickly
  • Proficient computer skills
