Vault Clerk

One of our top clients, a top international bank, is currently seeking a Vault Clerk for a long temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. This position is located in Jacksonville, FL.

By working for our client, you will be exposed to a large global company (listed on the NYSE), work for one of the most financially stable financial institutions within the U.S., work in a fast paced corporate environment and be an integral part to the Financial Services Team.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Various duties in the vault room to consist of; filing documents, pulling files, making copies, completing inventories and shifting files.
  • Light computer work and data entry
  • Pulling and moving file boxes in a warehouse type of environment, must be able to stand on feet for an entire shift, climb ladders and be able to move and lift boxes
  • Following specific directions and details with completing the filing process

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of clerical experience, previous experience in the warehouse or retail preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, Data Entry, Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to be on your feet for 80% of the day, lift and move file boxes and climb stair type ladders
  • Must not be afraid of Heights since will need to climb ladder to get file boxes
