German Speaking Technical Support

My client needs a knowledgeable and friendly Technical Support Representative to perform basic end-user support and general help desk responsibilities supporting a customer in Germany. 

Here’s scoop:

  • For this position you must be able to READ, WRITE, and SPEAK fluently in German (and English)
  • You must be able to work remotely from the US supporting the Central European Summer Time Zone (CEST)
    • 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Central Time Zone US
  • You must have 3-5 years of technical support or IT help desk experience
  • That means:
    • Troubleshooting end-user technical issues
    • Assisting with multifactor security authentication
    • Standard tier 1 ticket requests (for example: password resents, Wi-Fi connectivity, Windows support, basic Active Directory management, hardware & software problem solving including installation, configuration, and maintenance)
