Virtual Home Based Customer Service Representatives

Job Description

Kelly Services is currently looking for Virtual Home Based Customer Service Representatives of our top insurance clients! This role will be responsible for answering questions from members, providers, and doctors as well as determining possible causes to issues regarding participant's eligibility, timely filing of claims, or the member's benefit plan. Requirements

-Two Years of Recent Experience in a Customer Service role within a third party administrator, health insurance company, or employee benefits organization
-Associates Degree
-Experience handling 60-100 calls per day
-Knowledgeable on COBRA, Medicare, HIPAA, Deductible/Copays, Claims

SCHEDULE

-Employees bid on weekly schedules based on monthly performance statistics (not tenure)
-Employees must provide availability for one Saturday per month (but may not need to work a Saturday every month)
-Schedule possibilities are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM. They should be available for at least one late night shift per week.
