Account Manager

Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager for a full time permanant position with the world's largest oilfield service company in Anchorage Alaska. Kelly is a full service workforce solutions provider to 98% of the Fortune 100™ companies. The Account Manager has the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth for our client across the entire breadth of his/her account(s) .

Should be flexible to new challenges and have the creative ability to seize new opportunities. A team player with good communication skills and commitment to success through teamwork while achieving personal targets and objectives. Will be comfortable at a client user level as well as executive level. Dependent upon location, sales territories are either allocated on a geographic basis or as named accounts.

Reports to the North America Land Sales Manager. In some instances, reports to the Operations Manager. Successful Account Managers are excellent communicators, able to build lasting and professional relationships with customers at key levels.


  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT. MBA's considered.
  • Minimum three years experience in Sales
  • Experience in pipeline and opportunity management processes, including bidding for such services.
  • Familiar with Sales Business Systems to manager sales opportunities

Working Hours:

  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: $90-105k
