Job DescriptionHalt vehicles by waving the hand-held "Stop" sign to stop vehicular traffic allowing students to cross street safely. Maintain order of students assembled at street crossing. Make sound decisions with student safety in mind. Remain calm and professional in emergency situations. Possess the ability to give and follow oral instructions, establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, school officials and law enforcement officials. Maintain a positive attitude. Available to work mornings before school hours and afternoons at school dismissal.
