2nd Shift HR Representative needed to support our temporary workforce at a large automotive manufacturer in Georgetown, KY. This position acts as an extension of the customer’s human resources department by developing and effectively managing and maintaining the relationship with the employees and the customer. On-Site Representatives are responsible for a variety of activities including, but not limited to: employee engagement activities, monitoring contract compliance, problem resolution, tracking and maintaining key performance indicators, new hire support and other required duties.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
2+ years’ experience in human resources with expertise in employee engagement and customer service or hospitality
Good communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and decision making skills are required.
Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved.
Must also be comfortable interacting with a potentially influencing many levels of management both within Kelly and the customer.
Attention to detail - with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.
Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
